All orders placed on LSNet are dispatched through our own Logistics service or through other renewed courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from LSNet. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders.
Are there any shipping charges on LSNet?
LSNet offers free shipping within India on all products. We pay for shipping, octroi and other taxes. You only pay the value of the ordered product displayed on website.
What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders in 2 – 7 business days.
Does LSNet deliver products outside India?
We currently ship books within India and all other products in NCR only. You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India for books and NCR for other products.
Tracking Policy
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails and Sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an Sms and an email with your order details.
Again after your order is dispatched we send you an Sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don’t see any updates.
In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.How do I track my Order?
Email and Sms are sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details. Please find the list below

I should have received my order by now but I haven’t. What do I do?
If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner’s site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

I am 6 feet tall and 220 lbs. This shirt fit me perfectly in the chest and shoulders. My only complaint is that it is so long! I like to wear polo shirts untucked. This shirt goes completely past my rear end. If I wore it with ordinary shorts, you probably wouldnt be able to see the shorts at all – completely hidden by the shirt. It needs to be 4 to 5 inches shorter in terms of length to suit me. I have many RL polo shirts, and this one is by far the longest. I dont understand why.

The shirt was not the fabric I believed it to be. It says Classic Fit but was made like the older versions, not the soft cotton like my others. I don’t understand how the labels are the same but a completely different shirt. Oh well, stuck with it now.
